By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10:1. that, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to quash the suspension order No./3980/Jila Panchayat/Establishment/2024 Bemetara, dated 3.10.2024 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Bemetara (Ann. P/1) at an earliest. 10:2. that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ or direction to the respondents to pass an order/direction to the respondents to place the petitioner at his original posting place i.e. Office of Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh, District Bemetara. 10.3. that, the respondents may kindly be directed that they should not penalize the petitioner on the basis of false allegation and they may be directed to compensate the petitioner for his false prosecution. The Hon'ble Court may kindly pass any order or issue any suitable writ or direction as 3 may deem fit under the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority against the order of suspension passed against the petitioner. However, he prays that the competent authorities may be directed to decide the appeal within some stipulated period. 3. No objection has been raised from other side. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the arguments advanced by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority, and, in turn, the appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal along with this order. 6.
