This petition is filed by the petitioner under section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of M.C.No.43/2024 pending consideration before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Laxmeshwar (sitting at Mundargi) to the Competent Court at Harihar. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the distance between Mundargi and Harihar is more than 100 kms and taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, the petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed. 4.
