ASJ, Hoshiarpur in FIR No.114 dated 22.07.2021 u/s 306 IPC registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, whereby application of petitioner seeking permission to go to Spain has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage in view of the directions given by this Court today in case bearing CRM-M-7158-2026 titled as ‘Prince Rana Vs. State of Punjab’. His only limited request is to direct the trial Court that in case, the petitioner moves a similar application before the trial Court, the same be expeditiously disposed of in accordance with law. 3.
