Case No. 131 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. 4. The petitioner has made a self-inculpatory statement and materials have also come during investigation in support of the fact that the petitioner has killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2024 and charges have been framed in this case. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has killed the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78508 of 2024(7) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 petitioner. 6.
