The petitioner is the husband, who seeks transfer of O.P.No.4638 of 2022 from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, where connected maintenance claim is pending in M.C.No.378 of 2023. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly concedes that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer request of the petitioner- wife being acceded to. 5. In the light of the concession shown by the respondent, I have no hesitation to order the transfer application, as prayed for. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the proceedings in O.P.No.4638 of 2022 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, and transferred to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.378 of 2023. No costs.
