Petitioner has approached this Court that despite her husband's death retiral/terminal dues i.e. Gratuity, Leave Encashment, arrears of pension, arrears of D.A. and claim of Group Insurance Scheme along with interest are still not paid to her. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that substantial amount has already been paid to the petitioner and rest of the amount will be paid within a short period. 4. It is not under dispute that substantial amount has already been paid to the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of above submission, this writ petition may be disposed of. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
