(3)The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the lease in favour of the petitioner is valid till 11.01.2027 and therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner will not be disturbed till 11.01.2027. (4)Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
