The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.06.2025, passed by this Court in in CRM-M-31998-2025. 2. While deciding CRM-M-31998-2025 on 16.06.2025, this Court directed the respondent-State to decide the representation dated 04.06.2025 by passing a speaking order within a period of two weeks. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State contends that in compliance of order dated 16.06.2025, Sh. Gurmit Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, has filed compliance report along with speaking order dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure R-1). Copy of the same has already been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
