01. The learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the maintainability of the instant writ petition, submitted that she would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of at this stage with direction to the respondent No. 4, to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 29th May, 2025 before respondent No. 2, who forwarded the same to respondent No. 4 on 30th May, 2025 and is pending adjudication as on date, to which, the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection, provided the same is directed to be decided consideration in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field.
02. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
03. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the threshold and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to accord
consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner before respondent No. 2, who forwarded the same to respondent No. 4 on 30th May, 2025, which representation has been placed on record as Annexure-II with the writ petition and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, along with a copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the applicable rules and the law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 4 be communicated to the petitioner through registered post.
04. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
