It has been informed by Sri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department that earlier also, the father of the petitioner namely Vijay Narayan Tiwari had filed a writ petition against the same FIR. 2. If the petitioner has problems in approaching the authority concerned for the purposes of compounding then the petitioner in that writ petition could have moved an application before the same Court.
