Learned counsel for applicant submits that on account of typographical mistake, 'Case No.9790/2004' has wrongly been mentioned in the prayer clause instead of 'Case No.9790/2024', in the memo of the application as well as in the prayer clause of the main application, who prays for amendment. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Let the amendment be reflected at appropriate places in the main application. Order on Application Applicants have filed this application under Section 447 of B.N.S.S. for transfer of Case No.9790 of 2024; titled : State Vs. Ashutosh Singh & Others arising out of Case Crime No.0241 of 2023, under Sections 420, 506, 409 I.P.C., Police Station Delhigate, District Meerut, pending before the learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut to the competent court of jurisdiction at Lucknow. The application is founded on the sole ground that the trial Court at Meerut has no territorial jurisdiction to try the alleged offences arising out of Case Crime No.0241 of 2023. Concededly, the objections in this regard has not been raised before the trial Court so far, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application, however, liberty is granted to the applicants to raise this issue before the trial Court. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
