Appoint an arbitrator as envisioned under Part X of the Agreement dated 01.10.2022 at Annexure-A and adjudicate upon and determine and bring to finality the disputes that have arisen between the petitioner and Respondent. b. Pass any other that this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. c. Pass any order to award costs for the filing of this petition. 2. Both the counsels make a joint submission for the matter to be referred to arbitration to decide the lis between the parties. 3. Accepting the said submission, I pass the following: ORDER i.
