Petitioner has preferred this petition to challenge the impugned order dated 4.11.2024 passed by Commissioner Meerut, Region Meerut in Appeal No. 2035 of 2024, whereby the externment order dated 11.9.2024 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Bulandshahr in Case No. 2603 of 2024, has been upheld. Since a week is left for completion of externment period ordered by Additional District Magistrate, Bulandshahr vide order dated 11.9.2024, which has been upheld by the appellate court through the impugned order dated 4.11.2024, this Court is not inclined to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
