This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to deliver the possession to the petitioner over the land in question bearing Plot No.2154Kha situated in Village-Kiraon, Pargana- Kewai, Tehsil-Handia, District-Prayagraj in pursuance of the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the respondent no.1 (Up-Ziladhikari, Handia, District- Prayagraj) in Case No.02512 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.T201902030402512) "Shakuntala vs. Gaon Sabha and Others", under Section-24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been concluded and pillars were affixed. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the private respondents No.5 to 8. 3. The petitioner has remedy of approaching the authority concerned under Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
