Learned Government Counsel, on instructions from the fourth respondent, submits that the proposed overhead tank is being constructed in an adjacent parcel of land falling under different survey numbers and that there is no proposal to construct the overhead tank in the land earmarked as a park in the approved layout. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
