In the absence of any evidence and basing on some photographs, this Court cannot adjudicate a contempt case. Moreover, the pleadings and submissions vague (which are mostly about earlier counsels), circumstances, the contempt is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
