Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/Branch Manager, Union of India, Branch Basti-2, District Basti should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated July 3, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/Branch Manager, Union of India, Branch Basti-2, District Basti is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated July 3, 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
