The petitioner is aggrieved of inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4, to effect correction of the date of birth of the petitioner as appearing in the marks certificate, regarding which the petitioner claims to have filed a representation. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards the certificate dated 03.02.2024, issued by the J&K BOSE to contend that the case of the petitioner for correction of date of birth is under process with the respondents. He further submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing the respondents 2 to 4 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 03. On request, Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG, has caused appearance on behalf of respondents. He submits that the Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document representation of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law. 04. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner for correction of her date of birth in the marks certificate in accordance with rules in vogue.
