The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur. On 03.12.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have given rod blow on the head of son of the informant due to which he sustained grievous injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that allegation of the petitioner is that he has given only one blow on the head of son of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
