Counsel for the Writ Petitioner requested this Court to dispose of this Writ Petition by fixing the reasonable time for making the balance payment of Rs.13,20,264/-. The Official Respondents have filed their Counter-Affidavit and they admitted the same position. 3. Having considered the request, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the Respondent Authorities to complete the entire process, both intra-Departmental and inter-Departmental within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court and transfer the due amount to the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter and communicate the same to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 4.
