JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the letter dated 29.05.2013 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent - Bank. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful consideration of Annexure-A, wherein the respondent-Bank has addressed letter to the petitioner expressing its inability to release the personal guarantee of the petitioner, as petitioner's liability is still pending consideration and in this regard, it is also stated in the statement of objections at para 9(d) that the controversy between the petitioner and the bank is pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in O.A.No.877/2012. In that view of the matter, no interference is called for in this writ petition. However, with reference to the relief sought in this writ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44794 WP No. 35054 of 2015 petition, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Tribunal for redressal of his grievances. 4.
