Petitioners have filed a suit for permanent injunction before learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Roorkee, District Haridwar, which is numbered as Original Suit No. 180 of 2025. According to them, they have filed an application for temporary injunction, however, the same has not been considered so far. 3. Perusal of the averments made in the writ petition reveals that the suit was filed by the petitioners, only on 16.05.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the defendants are duly served, however, objection to the temporary injunction application has not been filed. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the trial court to consider petitioners’ prayer for temporary injunction on the next date fixed provided all the defendants are served. If it is not possible to do so on the next date fixed, then the same shall be considered and disposed of on any date, within three weeks thereafter.
