GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: 1. The petitioner is challenging the in-action on part of the respondent No.4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2025 of the petitioner. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioner is cultivating her agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.28 cents, which was purchased by her and that since 2021 she is cultivating the said land. On 06.11.2024 the Kuppam RESCO Staff came over to the agricultural land of the petitioner and disconnected the electricity connection to the bore well. Thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court and sought direction for restoration of the electricity connection. 2. It is submitted that on 09.01.2025, the RESCO staff have restored the connection. However, within 24 hours, the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 12 have disconnected the electricity connection. The 5th respondent who is the Sarpanch of her village along with henchmen have resorted to illegal disconnection of the power which was restored by the RESCO Staff on the directions of this Court. In this regard, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 22.01.2025, however, the 4th respondent is said to have is not taken any action against the unofficial respondents. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition directing the 4th respondent to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2025 in accordance with law. 4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
