CMP.M No. 287, 447 and 446 of 2025 For the reasons stated in the applications which are duly supported by the affidavits, delay in filing the appeals is condoned. The applications stand disposed of. Appeals be registered. LPA No. 205 of 2025, 206, 270, 271, 272, 314, 315 and 316 of 2025 Notice in LPA Nos. 271, 272, 314, 315 and 316 of 2025. Mr. Yogesh Kumar Chandel, Advocate, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent. It is brought to our notice by counsel for the respondents that the State has implemented the order passed in Ghanshyam Dass’s case which was decided alongwith bunch as such, pertaining to the education department. Counsel for the respondents has placed on record order dated 18.06.2025 whereby 22 people have been granted the benefit as per the order of the learned Single Judge. Similarly, the order passed in the COPC No.722 of 2024 on 18.06.2025 has also been placed on record whereby, undertaking has been given qua the payment of arrears, within three months. Faced with this situation, counsel for the State prays for time to get over the hurdle, as such that once the judgment has been implemented qua large number of employees, how the appeals would be maintainable in identical circumstances.
