The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 04 of 2025 arising out of Dumka (Town) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C., 1860, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is aged about 35 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about three years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka in connection with S.T.
