The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s): “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the help to the petitioner in the Scheme of "Chhattisgarh Ki Noni Suraksha Yozna". 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. In this petition, the petitioner has claimed extension of benefit under the scheme floated by the State Government namely, Chhattisgarh Ki Noni Suraksha Yozna (for short ‘Noni Suraksha REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH -2- Yozna’). 3. Ms.Thakur, the learned Panel lawyer appearing for the State would submit that the girl born after 1st April, 2014 would be entitled to get benefit of the scheme of Noni Suraksha Yozna. She would further submit that the age of the petitioner at the time of filing of writ petition in the year 2021 was 25 years and thus, she is not entitled to get benefit of that scheme. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was born prior to 1st April, 2014, therefore, she is not entitled to get benefit under the Scheme of Noni Suraksha Yozna and the present petition is misconceived and accordingly, dismissed.
