The petitioner made an application vide file No.HYl 077112074924 seeking issuance of passport before the 1®* respondent. A shortfall notice dated 06.12.Z024 (Ex.P1) was issued to the petitioner. The petitioner did not submit any explanation. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner was convicted in S.C.No.22 of 2011 on 28.01.2015, by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada, Krishna. The Court imposed two years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence under Section 498(A) IPC, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for one month and further imposed simple imprisonment for one year and a fine of Rs.1,000/- under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner filed Crl.A.No.68 of 2015, and on 30.01.2015 the imprisonment was suspended and the same is pending for consideration. 2. 3. 4 i Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has to make an application before the concerned Court where the Crl.A.No.68 of 2015 is pending. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will approach the concerned Court and file an application. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and file an application in Crl.A.No.68 of 2015.
