2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the notice/ letter dated 14.02.2024 bearing ¸ÀASÉå:J£ï8/G.«./¸À.PÁ.¤.EA(«)/¸À.EA/(vÁ)/7834-38 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure-A.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. Suffice it to note that civil suits are pending between the petitioner and others before the respective courts as of today. The Writ Petition relates only to the restoration of

the power supply and by an interim order the power supply has been restored to the petition premises.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the BESCOM Authorities not to take coercive steps for the disconnection of the power supply to the petition premises till the outcome of civil disputes, subject to petitioner paying regular consumption charges.
