GIRISH, J. ----------------------------- Crl.M.C.No.8202 of 2019 ----------------------------------------- Dated this the 2nd day of April, 2025 ORDER No representation from the petitioner for the second consecutive posting date. 2. The petitioner is the 6th accused in C.C.No.558 of 2019 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ambalapuzha. The allegation against him is that he along with the other accused committed the offences under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 326 of IPC. In the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in the said case. 3. On going through the Final Report and the accompanying records filed in this case, it is seen that the prosecution has garnered all the requisite particulars to establish the accusations levelled against the petitioner. It is not possible for this Court to sit on judgment on the acceptability of the aforesaid evidence in a 2025:KER:28026 Crl.M.C.No.8202 of 2019 -3- proceedings under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.558 of 2019 cannot be accepted. In the result, the present petition is hereby dismissed. Sd/- G.
