The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga (M) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, Spl. POCSO Case No.04 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 354(D) and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and thereupon cognizance has been taken under Sections 376(2)(n), 354(D) & 313 of the I.P.C and Section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. It appears that the parties were in live-in-relationship for about 10 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga, in connection with Lohardaga (M) P.S.
