The present application is filed for impleadment of new incumbent, namely, Sandeep Kumar, IFS, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Force, Assam in the contempt petition as well as for deletion of earlier respondent No. 1 for the reason that the said respondent has in the meantime retired. Perused the pleadings made in the application. It is seen that the order dated 30.11.2023 passed in WP(C) 6568/2023 was duly served upon the Page No.# 3/3 present incumbent on 04.02.2025. Considering the above, let said Sandeep Kumar, IFS, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Assam be impleaded as sole respondent in the connected contempt petition inasmuch as Mr. RP Singh, IFS, the earlier Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force, Assam be deleted from the array of parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall furnish an amended cause title before the Registry in the contempt petition. IA stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
