If directed, the application will be reconsidered following guidelines provided by the Lucknow Bench on order dated 28th May, 2025, passed, inter alia, in Writ-C no.718 of 2025 (Anil Kumar Versus State of U.P. through Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Home Lucknow and three others). 3. Impugned order is set aside and petitioner's application restored to respondent no.2, for consideration afresh in terms of guidelines in Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application to said respondent. Action be taken within two weeks thereafter. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
