ORAL ORDER
1. Respondent No.4 was elected as a Corporator for Mysuru City Corporation in the year 2018. An election petition was filed challenging his election. I.A.No.2 was filed in the said election petition to dismiss the same as not maintainable and an order was passed dismissing the election petition as not maintainable. The same has been challenged in the instant writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the term of office of respondent No.4 has long come to an end and the writ petition has to be dismissed as having become infructuous.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to contravene the submission made by respondent No.4.
