Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) Issue a petition, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bulandshahr to decided the M.A.C. No.517 of 2022 (Smt. Gudia Devi & 2 Others Vs. Jitendra Kumar Sharma & 2 Others), under Section 166 & 168 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 expeditiously with specific fixed period accordance with law, pending since 31.10.2022." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that a claim petition under the Motor Vehicles Act has been filed by the petitioner in the year 2022 and it is pending since then. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since both the parties has appeared before the court below, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bulandshahr to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after hearing all the concerned parties and giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment Order Date :- 4.8.2025 Nitika Sri.
