JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed the present petition calling for entire records in CP(IB) No.181/BB/2020 pending on the file of National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru (NCLT). The petitioner has also sought for other reliefs including setting aside of the order at Annexure-'A' dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28666 WP No. 17120 of 2022 15.07.2022 passed by NCLT in CP(IB) No.181/BB/2020 and also a direction to consider and dispose of CP(IB) No.181/BB/2020. 2. After hearing the matter for some time, the parties submit that they may be relegated to NCLT keeping open all the contentions. 3. In light of the said submission of both sides, the petitioner is relegated to NCLT to seek appropriate redressal of grievances raised herein as well for appropriate reliefs. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only contention that would remain is as regards quantification of the dues of resolution professional as regards which there are certain differences. 5. Both sides submit that the aspect of quantification may be kept open to be decided by NCLT after hearing both sides. The matter is relegated to NCLT and it is kept open for the NCLT to determine regarding quantification of the dues of the resolution professional after hearing both the sides.
