This civil revision has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the District Judge, Ghaziabad in Transfer Application No. 160 of 2025 (Comp. Regd No. 227 of 2025) Rakesh Garg @ Kaka Vs. Bittu & Ors. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that revisionist has moved a transfer application on 07.05.2025, which was rejected by the District Judge, Ghaziabad in a cursory manner on 23.05.2025. 4.
