Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr. A. R. Sikdar, the learned counsel appearing Page No.# 4/4 on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 & 2. 2. Mr. S. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that inadvertently the respondent No.3 has been impleaded as a party in the accompanying application though the respondent No.3 expired prior to the filing of the revision application and his legal heirs have already been substituted by the learned Trial Court. He therefore submits that the present application has been filed for striking out the name of the respondent No.3 and insertion of the names of the opposite party Nos.3(a) to 3(f) to the accompanying revision application. 3. Taking into account the above, the names of the opposite party Nos.3(a) to 3(f) are impleaded as the respondent Nos.3(a) to 3(f) in the accompanying revision application. 4. The applicant is directed to file fresh Memo of Parties forthwith before the Registry of this Court and not later than 7 days. The Registry shall thereupon make necessary correction in the records on the basis of the instant order and fresh Memo of Parties and further upload the same in the CIS. 5.
