...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the highhanded action of the Respondent Authorities, especially the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in continuing the petitioner under suspension vide Proceedings No.AKNU/Estt- lll/JGWN/Remind/2023-2 dated 28.12.2023 even after the lapse of more than one (1) year in spite of completion of investigation and filing charge-sheet without considering the guidelines framed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.22 of General Administration (SER-C) Department dated 29.02.2024 pertaining to reviewing of orders of suspension once every four months as well as for reinstatement of the petitioner in view of completion of one (1) year of outer limit of suspension from the date of said suspension i.e., 20.12.2023 and also without considering the
petitioners several representations dated 18.07.2024, 29.01.2025 and the latest being on 07.02.2024, seeking reinstatement as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Principles of Natural Justice, violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India, apart from contrary to the orders issued by Government in G.O.Ms.No.22 of General Administration (SER-C) Department dated 29.02.2024 and consequently set aside the suspension proceedings vide No.AKNU/Estt- lll/JGWN/ Remind/2023-2 dated 28.12.2023 and direct the Respondent Authorities to reinstate the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in complete compliance with the guidelines framed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.22 of General Administration (SER-C) Department dated 29.02.2024 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the suspension orders issued vide Proceedings No.AKNU/Estt- lll/JGWN/Remind/2023-2 dated 28.12.2023 passed by
the 3rd Respondent/Vice-Chancellor and undersigned by the 4th Respondent/Registrar and consequently direct the Respondent Authorities to reinstate the petitioner herein as expeditiously as possible in complete
