However, this Court entertained certain doubts with regard to the status of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.78 of 2014, pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Jayankondam, hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Clarification" on 16.04.2025, i.e., today. 2. As per the e-courts status, it reveals that on 04.09.2023 itself, the possession of the property was delivered on 29.08.2023, and by recording the same, the EP.No.78 of 2014 was terminated. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the she is not pressing this petition and seeks permission of this Court that this revision petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
