Petitioner has approached this Court to decide an application for compassionate appointment, which is still pending with the respondent bank. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent bank on instructions submits that there is a legal impediment that husband of the petitioner was not an employee of the bank and said legal impediment will be communicated within a period of two weeks. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case the petitioner remains still aggrieve by the communication, he has liberty to take appropriate remedy available, in accordance with law.
