1. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-
“It is prayed, therefore, that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and further the applicants may be discharged from the charges as alleged and framed against them vide charge
order dated 22.12.2022 by the learned Trial Court, in Special NDPS Case No. 28/2022, for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Pshychotropic Substances Act 1985, pending before Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Rajnandgaon, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.), in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this petition, stating that the trial is in advance stage.
3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
