However, in course of hearing, it is informed to the Court that a rejection order has been passed, hence, liberty should be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the same. In view of the above, recording the submission of Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State appearing for opposite party/contemnor, the contempt petition stands disposed of with the liberty granted as above.
