The present appeal has been preferred:- “for quashing the order dated 18.07.2024 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST), Bettiah, West Champaran in Semra Chiutahan P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 where by the learned court has taken cognizance against appellant under sections 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (s) of SC/ST Act differing with the charge sheet according to which police failed to collect any material and as such not sent up appellant for facing trial.” Patna High Court CR.
