After elaborate arguments, both the sides agreed for the custody of the child by the petitioner from 9.00 a.m. of 27th September, 2025 to 5.00 p.m. of 1st October, 2025. 3. Therefore, recording the same, this application is disposed of by directing the respondent/mother to handover the minor child viz., Idhant Mandal to the petitioner/father at 10.00 a.m. on 27th September, 2025 and take back the custody of the child at 5.00 p.m. on 5th October, 2025.
