2. The present petition has been preferred:-
“for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnor for non-compliance of the order and misled the Hon'ble Court regarding they have moved before Hon'ble Supreme court vide SLP Diary no. 46115 of 2024 on 04/10/2024 by writ petitioners, passed in CWJC No. 15689 of 2024 passed by Hon'ble Court dated 08/10/2024 and during argument the petitioners have suppressing the facts regarding they have filed petition before Hon'ble Supreme court Vide Diary no. 46155 of 2024 on 04/10/2024 at 12:45 hr., but the said fact has not been placed before this Hon'ble High Court or Hon'ble Supreme Court also regarding the filing of petition by the petitioners either Hon'ble High court or Hon'ble Supreme court, due to which the writ petitioners have mislead the Hon'ble High Court for taking
order in his favor, so the writ petitioners are also liable to initiate contempt proceeding to against Respondent no. 7 & 8 (writ petitioners). The date was fixed by Hon'ble Court for meeting with the consent of petitioners and respondent no. 7 on 27/10/2024 at 11:00 am. In such circumstance, your Lordship may initiate contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties nos. 1 to 8.

3. Pursuant to the last order dated 12.12.2024, a supplementary show cause is on record according to which a meeting took place and the ‘No Confidence Motion’ stands passed against both the ‘Pramukh’/‘Up-Pramukh’.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date has still not been fixed regarding the fresh election now that the seats are vacant.
5. Learned State counsel submits that once the seats have become vacant, both the State as also Election Commission will automatically take steps to ensure that the fresh election takes place at an earliest.
6. Believing the words put forward by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, this Court is satisfied that the
order stands complied.
7. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
