This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 18.10.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.60/2021. The operative portion of the said judgment at paragraph No.5 reads as under:
"5. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties and in the facts of the case, without entering into the merits of the controversy, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the appeal with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation contained in Annexure-D annexed to this appeal and to make payment of professional fee

due to the appellant within a period of three months from the date of production of the copy of this
judgment."
2. The accused entered appearance and filed counter affidavit indicating that as per the directions of the Division Bench vide judgment dated 18.10.2021, the bills of the complainant are verified and payment is made.
3. In view of the same, the contempt proceedings are dropped with the liberty to the complainant to approach the accused, if any other bills are pending or her grievance still subsists.
Notice issued to the accused is discharged.
