The petitioner who is the Panchayat Secretary, has filed the instant petition challenging his transfer order dated 06.02.2024 passed by respondent No.3 whereby he has been attached from the Office of Jhumka, Bilaigarh to the Office of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Bilaigarh. 2. During the pendency of the present petition the service of the petitioner has been transfer to Jhumka to Pendripali headquarter vide order dated 05.07.2024 and the petitioner has joined there and working continuously. In view of the subsequent order dated 05.07.2024 passed by respondent No.3, the petitioner now does not want to prosecute the present petition further as he already joined at Pendripali headquarter Bilaigarh. 3. The respondent No.4 Chief Executive Officer Janpad Panchayat Bilaigarh headquarter Bilaigarh is not opposing the prayer of the petitioner. 4.
