ORDER 27.05.2025 Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of Order dated 23.11.2016 passed by the Writ Court whereby respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioners for up-gradation of the pay and for promotional benefit and other reliefs. The Statement of Facts/Compliance Report stands filed on behalf of the respondents wherein the claim of the petitioners was considered in light of the judgement passed by the Writ Court and the same has been found to be devoid of any merit. In this regard, the respondents have issued the Government Order No. SE/ESTB/K/29 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025. In view of the fact that the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioners and found it to be devoid of any merit, the order of the Writ Court stands complied with.
