JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 5 08-07-2025 It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner wants to withdraw the above- Patna High Court CR. REV. No.751 of 2023(5) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 mentioned Criminal Revisions to comply with the order passed by the Court of Appeal. 2. In view of such submission, both the Criminal Revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The Appellate Court is directed to give opportunity to the petitioner to comply with the order passed in Criminal Appeal Nos. 111 of 2017 and 112 of 2017 within one month from the date of this order. 4. The Appellate Court is also directed to consider the petitioner’s prayer for suspension of sentence as an interim measure to enable him to make payment of the compensation amount. 5.
