Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 BNSS, for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation against the private respondents by collecting all the necessary and material documents and statements in case FIR No. 0217 dated 22.06.2023 under Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 201, 302, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind, Haryana. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence and out of 31 PWs, one prosecution witness has been examined and now the case is fixed further for 05.08.2025. The Court is of the considered view that the impugned order dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) does not warrant any interference at this stage in view of the settled proposition of law.
